Document Description
Note: Reference SCH #2013112045 The proposed project includes decommissioning the existing stormwater outfall and replacing it with a system of localized stormwater treatment chambers and infiltration basins within Underwood, Edwards and Ewing rights-of-way and the harbor parking area. The project also includes installation of a new stormwater drainage pipe from the intersection of Galindo and Van Wycke down to Edwards and the harbor parking area. The existing storm drain pipe between the intersection of Van Wycke and Galindo and the existing outfall will be abandoned in place. The purpose of the project is to comply with a discharge prohibition into the Trinidad Head ASBS and the City's ABSB Compliance Plan. The design was informed by a geotechnical analysis and a groundwater model to ensure septic systems and slope stability are not negatively impacted.
