Project consists of the sale and assignment of 218 square feet of restored Bailey Class 1 b (SEZ) Land Capability restoration credit, from Conservancy-owned land to a receiving parcel on which stairways, ramps, walkways, and retaining walls will be reconstructed. The assignment enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the Bailey Class 1 b (SEZ) Land Capability areas within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
