Document Description
The project involves repair and modernization for two elevator cars at the State Parking Garage Lot 14. Existing elevator controls will be removed and replaced with modem controllers, a new cabinet, circuit board, software and logic; new elevator landing system including hoistway mounted steel tape; car top inspection will
also be included. Hoist monitors shall be replaced with new hoist-monitors. All of these upgrades will allow to meet current standards of public health and safety, improved reliability, function, and efficiency.
