Document Description
The purpose of this project is to complete environmental compliance, permitting, and monitoring associated with restoration of nine montane meadows totaling approximately 75 acres in Sierra National Forest. Landscape-level restoration planning efforts (e.g., Dinkey Collaborative Forest Landscape Restoration Program) evaluated over 354,000 acres, including Sierra National Forest, and identified these nine meadows in critical need of repair.
