The proposed project ls categorically exempt from CEQA review pursuant to 14 CCR Section 15333 as a small habitat restoration project of less than five acres that assures that maintenance restoration, enhancement, or protection of habitat for fish, plant, or wildlife. The proposed project will restore two acres of habitat of the rabbit island wetland.
