Atlas Precious Metal, Inc. requested a change of ownership on January 29, 2019 to A&A Feros Non Feros Metal, LLC for the existing precious metal recovery facility at 640 South Hill Street, Suite 743, Los Angeles (Facility). The change in ownership requires modification to the existing Small Quantity C Standardized Hazardous Waste Facility Permit. No other changes are proposed at the Facility, only the change for the transfer of ownership and related administrative updates, such as financial responsibility documentation and cost estimate updates, are included with the permit modification.

DTSC has determined that no exceptions to the categorical exemption apply to this project
