The project consists of maintenance and repair of existing asphalt repaving in accordance with Class 1 - Categorical Exemption 15301 Existing Facilities. The project consists of the expansion of the fire lane and construction of 19 new parking stalls with new paving that will connect existing roads and improve circulation. The new parking lot is in accordance with Class 11 - Categorical Exemption 15311 Accessory Structures (b) small parking lots.
