The project is the annexation of a combined 18.6 acres of land (APN 516-101 -01, 516-101 -02, 516-101-03, 516-101,, 516-101-04, 516-101 -05, 516-101-06, 518-040-01 and 518-040-03) into the District's jurisdictional boundaries (Annexation 49).
The parcels meets the current density allowed by City of Bakersfield zoning and is within the sphere of influence of the District. A residential dwelling exist on each site. No new or expanded development is proposed. The annexation will allow the District to extend services to these residences. If future development is proposed, additional environmental review may be necessary.
