The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0107-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Gas. SoCalGas is proposing to restore and cover two exposed sections of existing natural gas transmission pipeline 3000 (L3000), Exposure 1 is located at 34.717980"' latitude and -114.520609° longitude and Exposure 2 is located at 34.718390° latitude and -114.515520° longitude. In order to achieve the required cover over the pipeline (per Title 49, Part 192 of the Code of Federal Regulations) and to protect the pipeline from damage due to future storm events, vandalism, and corrosion, SoCalGas is proposing to place articulated revetment mats over the pipeline at each exposure site.
