The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0006-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Groundwork San Diego - Chollas Creek.
Project activities include removing invasive non-native vegetation using chain saws, hand-held brush cutters, clippers, chippers, and herbicide application, and native landscape plantings in select areas outside the stream channel.
