- Class 4 - Minor Alterations to Land. The project is maintenance dredging. The spoil deposit area is consistent with applicable agency regulations. The Lake County Community Development Department has determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and is, therefore, exempt from the provisions of CEQA. There will be no removal of native vegetation. The project will not result in significant adverse environmental effects to wetlands or riparian habitats.
