- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0005-R6, pursuant to section ·1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation. The project is limited to removal of large brush and sediment from box culverts, inlet/outlet structures of the shoulder, behind the guardrail, and around washed out portions of the G-Rail posts at the locations described above. Project implementation will result in temporary disturbance to 0.27 acre of Fish and Game Code section 1602 resources.
