The reconstruction of water Well No. 41 Ion Exchange Treatment will include reconfiguration of existing pipes, two vessels, influent and effluent pipes and
manifolds, one strainer, and reconnection to the existing discharge pipe. The purpose of using ion exchange is to treat perchlorate-contaminated groundwater. The benefit is to provide potable water.
