Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed an amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0171-R4, issued to Bluff Pointe Golf Course. The Project includes activities related to removal of fill material (soil and broken concrete) and revegetation of approximately 0.22 acre within the San Joaquin River. The Amendment No. 2 allows additional time to complete remediation activity at the Pond 1 site, due to the COVID-19 stay-at-home order and CDFW office closures. The extension extends the Agreement expiration date to June 30, 2021.

No trees or shrubs will be removed and no significant environmental impacts will result if the Project is completed under the protective features included in Streambed Alteration Agreement No.1600-2018-0171-R4 as amended.
