- DAP-001-527 - Riverside Highland Water Company (RHWCO) is proposing to develop a new well to connect to their existing potable water distribution system, which will require the construction of a new pipeline to connect to RHWCO's existing water distribution system. The area of disturbance for the new well development is approximately one and a half acres as the well site is located within an existing parking lot.
