Document Description
The approximately 2.1-acre project site is comprised of three parcels (APNs 284-03-015, 284-03-016, and 284-03-049) located at 961-971 Meridian Avenue in the City of San Jose. The project site is currently developed with two one-story, single-family residences and an accessory structure. The project would demolish the structures on-site and construct a six-story apartment building with 230 low income units and approximately 1,780 square feet of retail.
