Document Description
The subject properties consist of three parcels totaling 100.33 acres more or less, commonly referred to as Assessor's Parcel Numbers 062-020-062-000 and 062-020-043-000 (Norton) and 062-020-063-000 (Bartholomew). The subject properties are contiguous to lands held in trust for the Tuolumne Rancheria. Both the Norton and Bartholomew properties are primarily undeveloped open space. Currently there are two removable steel workshop buildings and a well on the Norton property. Additionally, there is a single family residence on the Bartholomew property. The Tribe has no plans to change the use of either property.
