The Project will merge the two parcels for a combined acreage of 0.37 acres that are comprised of the existing 8 room hotel, seven parking spaces and the vacant lot. The Proposed expansion consists of renovation of the existing hotel, conversion of two existing rooms to a lobby/ lounge and construction of a new 3 three story building consisting of:
• 27 new hotel rooms, totaling 33 for the project,
• A pool and terrace,
• 27 new parking spaces, totaling 34 for the project.
