TWO additional A-Type 3 Cultivation Licenses [outdoor cultivation for adult use cannabis without the use of light deprivation and/or artificial lighting in the canopy area] with each having 65,000 s.f. of cultivation area. THIS IS A REVISION; THE APPLICANT WAS ALREADY APPROVED FOR TWO A-TYPE 3 OUTDOOR CULTIVATION LICENSES. The three contiguous properties were merged. The cultivation would occur on former tax lot 54. The proposed grow area will be fully enclosed with a 7' tall chain link fence, metal gates and security locks, and the site and growing facility will be protected by security surveillance cameras. The parcel contains one dwelling unit (former tax lot 54), a barn, a well, and several smaller out buildings. Annual water use is estimated to be around 500,000 gallons according to the applicant.
