Document Description
The Addendum was prepared to address minor changes that were made to the project description after the MND was adopted by the City in May of 2019. The Addendum addresses installation and operation of approximately 1,130 linear feet of 10" pipeline that will be installed underground along the south side of Highway 63/Park Boulevard. The pipeline will be used during Friant Kern Canal outages which usually take place every two to three years for 30 to 60 days. During the outage, a diesel pump will be used to pump water from the canal to the storage basins.
The addendum describes minor changes made to the Project description. Specifically, the addition of approximately 1,130 linear feet of 10" pipeline to be installed underground, which was not included in the original CEQA document.
