Document Description
The proposed project involves implementation of the Laguna Niguel Wetlands Operations and Maintenance Plan which was prepared as a guide for the City to manage and maintain 13 wetland sites for long-term sustain ability and public safety. It establishes routine maintenance activities that will be performed at the 13 wetland sites, compensatory mitigation requirements, and general reporting requirements. The goals of the O&M Plan are to implement flood control and vector control for public safety; maintain the integrity of the restored ecosystems; and manage the sites for the long term stability, health, and sustainability of the Aliso Creek Watershed.
