Document Description
This project includes allowing tenants to lease two existing warehouses located at Berths 206-209 for chassis depot, storage and maintenance activities. Minor modifications to one of the structures may be required along with driveway widening. On-site activities could include, but are not limited to: maintenance, repairs and refurbishment of chassis along with tire storage and maintenance.
