Document Description
The project will widen Power Inn Road from three lanes to four lanes between Florin Road and 52nd Avenue. The project will also construct continuous sidewalk, bike lanes, and a raised landscaped median at various locations along Power Inn Road. The sidewalk improvements include curb, gutter, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant ramps. The project will connect with the intersection layout for the Phase II Old Florin Town project at Power Inn and Florin Roads. To reduce noise impacts, an 82 linear foot sound wall could be required to be built along Power Inn Road, near the intersection of Wagon Trail Way.
