The project would create four approximately 20-acre parcels and a remainder. The property is zone Public Ownership (PO) and the General Plan land use designation is Timberland. The subdivision, is taking place on resources lands, historically and currently used for timber growing and harvesting. There is no intent to develop these parcels. Additionally, development would not be allowed, by right, without additional on-site analysis and improvements.
