- Minor Subdivision of a 142-acre parcel into Four Parcels and a Remainder. The project consists of a minor subdivision of a 142-acre property on Fox Ridge above the rural community of Big Flat. The project would create four approximately 20-acre parcels and a remainder. The property is zone Public Ownership (PO) and the General Plan land use designation is Timberland. The subdivision, is taking place on resources lands, historically and currently used for timber growing and harvesting. There is no intent to develop these parcels. Additionally, development would not be allowed, by right, without additional on-site analysis and improvements.
