Project consists of a minor subdivision of a 142-acre property on Fox Ridge above the ru ral community of Big Flat. The project would create four approximately 20-acre parcels, and a remainder. The property is zoned Public Ownership (PO) and the General Plan land use designation is Timberlands. The subdivision is taking place on resource lands, historically and·currently used for timber growing and harvesting and there is no intent to develop these parcels. Additionally, development would not be allowed by right, without additional on-site analysis and improvements. The property is accessed via Fox Ridge Road (16N03) from Big Flat Road from South Fork Road.
