County of Monterey Resource Management Agency Planning, as Lead Agency, prepared and approved a Mitigated Negative Declaration in May 1980. The California Division of Oil, Gas, & Geothermal Resources considered the MND prepared by the lead Agency and issued a Permit to Conduct Well Operations.
