Document Description
The project is located on and immediately adjacent to the northeast portion of the Fresno City College campus. The project encompasses an approximately 10-acre area and would expand the campus approximately 2.18 acres. The project would construct the following facilities at the campus: a multi-story parking structure with up to 1,000 parking spaces; a three-story, 95,000 sq. ft. Science Building with surface parking; a one story, 16,480 sq. ft. Child Development Center; and a one-story, 10,000 sq. ft. Maintenance & Operations building with a parking and storage area. Entailed in the project would be the removal and relocation of college facilities on the existing campus, and removal of existing residential and commercial structures on adjacent properties being added to the campus. Development of the project would occur over the next five years.
