The project is limited to the installation of one Humboldt style log crossing over an un-named Class II watercourse (19-1 ); installation of two permanent rocked ford crossings over an un-named Class II watercourse (29.2); removal of a corrugated metal pipe in an un-named Class I watercourse (31-4); use of a tractor crossing over an un-named Class II watercourse (31-5); and construction of a new off channel waterhole on an un-named Class II watercourse (Waterhole D). The projects are located on un-named Class I and Class II watercourses that
flow into Jackson Meadows Reservoir in Nevada County, State of California. The project is located on the Emigrant Gap and Sierra City U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) maps Township 19N, Range 13E, and Sections 19, 29, and 31; Mount Diablo base and meridian (Exhibit A).
