Document Description
The Project is expected to temporarily impact 0.17 acres of aquatic habitat and 1.54 acres of upland habitat and cause the permanent loss of 0.09 acres of aquatic habitat and 0.56 acres of upland giant garter snake (GGS, Thamnophis gigas) habitat. The Project is expected to permanently impact 0.0013 acres and temporarily impact 0.06 acres of Central Valley spring-run Chinook salmon (CVSR, Oncorhynchus tshawytscha) habitat. The project is expected to result in incidental take of GGS and CVSR, which are designated as a threatened species under the California Endangered Species Act. The ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of species listed under CESA that may occur as a result of Project implementation.
