Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0083-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation.
The project consists of a 24~foot wide gravel road to allow emergency vehicle access to the Tribe's properties and reduce wildfire risk. The road is planned to cross two natural drainages with culverts with inflow and outflow protection. The larger of the two drainages will be crossed with a concrete box culvert, while the smaller drainage will have a 36-inch rubber gasketed reinforced concrete pipe.
