Document Description
An Initial Study/Negative Declaration (IS/ND) was prepared for a proposed Fire Access Road to provide emergency vehicle access and wildfire protection to Tribal lands north of the project site. The project consists of an approximately 3,500 linear foot gravel road that would run north from CR 78 across two agricultural parcels owned by the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation (Tribe). The road would be 24 feet wide to accommodate emergency vehicles, and constructed with 18 inches of Class 2 aggregate base and subgrade, per recommendations detailed in the geotechnical engineering report completed for the project and grading permit.
