Document Description
The Proposed Montgomery Middle School Whole Site Modernization Project includes modernization Improvements to support student learning and Instruction; to improve student health, safety, and security; to upgrade school accessibility and code compliance; and to repair and replace outdated or inefficient building systems. Proposed improvements would be largely limited to existing facilities. The proposed project would not increase capacity of the existing school. Ground disturbing activities would be limited to installation of fencing and the proposed chiller plant, improvement of existing pathways, and the relocation of an existing transformer. All project-related activities would be supported by bond funds under Propositions Sand Z. Construction would begin in July of 2019 and end in August of 2020.
