Document Description
This is to advise that on January 16, 2025, the Los Angeles World Airports Board of Airport Commissioners approved the refinements described in the attached description to the original project after considering an addendum to the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for the LAX Airfield and Terminal Modernization Project (SCH #2019049020) which was originally certified by the Los Angeles City Council on November 10, 2021 along with the FEIR. The Addendum to the FEIR analyzed the refinements to the project, and demonstrated that they would not result in a new significant impact or a substantial increase in the severity of previously-identified impacts. The FEIR, along with the Addendum, serve as the environmental review of the project pursuant to the provisions of CEQA, Public resources Code Section 21000 et. seq. and State and local CEQA Guidelines.
