Note: Review Extended Per Lead The Project is located in the cities of San Marcos, Vista, Carlsbad, Escondido, and unincorporated areas in northern San Diego County, California. It would originate at the San Marcos Substation on the west and terminate at the Escondido Substation on the east and would be located within SDG&E right-of-way (ROW). To fully accommodate the Project, 1.2 acres of additional ROW would be acquired in San Marcos. The proposed Project would include a combination of approximately 12 miles of new overhead single-circuit electric power line structures, rebuild of existing structures from single circuit to double circuit, and the reconductoring and re-energizing of existing conductors.
