The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2019-0016-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Bojan Boskovic.
This project has been proposed in order to remediate violations connected to cannabis cultivation as documented by CDFW in a Notice of Violation letter. The Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement includes remediation of an existing culvert crossing.
