Document Description
Replace the stairway between the South Beach parking lot and the Park Road at Torrey Pines State Beach to protect public health and safety. The current stairway was built with composite lumber creating a slippery tread surface. The replacement stairway will consist of redwood crib steps. A rock culvert will be added on the east side of the stairway to manage storm water drainage.
