Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0001-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Sue Tippets/Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water). The purpose of the project is to remove one California sycamore (Platanus racemosa) tree. The tree is considered hazardous due to its structural defects, which pose an imminent risk to the adjacent residence. Additional tree branches of an adjacent Coast live oak (Quercus agrifolia) may occur to gain access to the sycamore.
