Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0507-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Shaefer Price. The project is limited to the installation of a clear-span bridge across Windsor Creek to provide access to a single family residence. Primary activities include removing up to seven native trees, drilling four to five pier foundation holes per abutment above the top of bank, installing a bridge that is 65-feet-long and 16-feet-wide, constructing roadway approaches leading up to the bridge abutments, and habitat restoration. As amended, the project includes installing the bridge deck with a crane outside of the dry season (June 15 to October 15) to complete project activities authorized by the original Agreement.
