Document Description
The proposed project consists of improvements to the lower portion of Downwind Way located north of Deep Sea Drilling and east of La Jolla Shores Drive at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography (SIO). Scope of work would include removal and replacement of damaged asphalt, installation of a retaining wall along the north side of Downwind Way, and installation of a new 10" potable water line which would extend across the intersection of Downwind Way to the west side of La Jolla Shores Drive.

None of the exceptions to an exemption apply.
