Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-2018-03322-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Jacob Penzer, representative for 166 Hall City, LLC, owner of the project parcel.
The project involves remediation and stabilization of the bank and flood bench of Hall City Creek to minimize and prevent discharges of sediment and other deleterious substances to waters of the state, as well as the destruction/decommission of a hydrologically connected well and its housing structure located within the flood bench
of Hall City Creek. The remediation plan and notification were submitted in order to remedy violations for previously unauthorized activities pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602 as cited by CDFW staff in a Notice of Violation issued September 20, 2018.
