Document Description
The Project is to replace the Olivenhain 1 FCF with a new facility called Olivenhain 11 FCF. Project scope includes a new FCF structure. Pipeline 3 turnout vault. Pipeline 4 turnout vault. including all piping, mechanical. and electrical equipment. The new facility will use the same footprint as the original facility. There is no change in flow capacity. The purpose of the project is to maintain a safe and reliable public water conveyance system by maintaining existing infrastructure, decommissioning facilities no longer required, and repurposing other facilities. The San Diego County Water Authority is the beneficiary of the project.
