Document Description
Incidental camping and storage without Principal Use. A nuisance exists on the property located on a vacant lot on Yankee Jims Road, Colfax, CA (APN 071-250-013-000) due to ongoing violations of PCC Sections 17.56.250(E)(3)(a) (Storage as Accessory Use Only). The nuisance specifically consists of the following conditions:
(1) outdoor storage shall be accessory to the principal use of the property only and shall not be related to any off-site commercial business or activity.
(2) The storage of multiple vehicles, commercial vehicles, travel trailers,
two halves of a manufactured home on separate trailers, and miscellaneous debris and fencing as a principal use on the vacant, undeveloped lot is not allowed.
