Substandard Dwelling/Dangerous Building, Incidental Camping, Accessory Storage. A nuisance exists on the property located at 5845 Mt Vernon Road, Lincoln, CA (APN 026-342-026-000) due to ongoing violations of PCC Sections 17.56.080(A) (Incidental Camping), 17.56.250(E)(2)(b) (Storage as a Principal Use), and 17.56.250(C)(4). (Vehicle Ownership). The nuisance specifically consists ·of the following conditions: (1) The use of tents, travel trailers, recreational vehicles, or other mobile camping equipment for camping incidental to the principal use of the site, (2) outdoor storage shall be accessory to the principal use of the property only, and (3) vehicles stored on the property not registered to an owner/occupant.
