This project will construct natural gas·fueling infrastructure at an existing transportation facility owned by a school district. This project will install a new compressed natural gas pump station, including a compressor and gas dryer and, possibly, an enclosure for the pump unit. All infrastructure will be outdoors on already developed (concrete) land. There will be underground work in order to connect the pump station to an existing natural gas line located in the street adjacent to the site. Concrete pads will be added to support the new infrastructure, with the maximum footprint comprising approximately 150 square feet. The project is not located at a hazardous waste site, is not located near any scenic highways, will not cause a change to a historical resource, will not generate noise or odors in excess of permitted levels and will not involve the removal of any trees or vegetation.
