Project will make minor renovations to the inside of an existing building on an improved lot within the built-up boundaries of the City of Huron. Project will not have any significant effect on the environment and is exempt under California Code of Regulations Section 15061 (b)(3). City actions involve issuing non-discretionary permits and are ministerial in accordance with California Code of Regulations Section 15268 (b)(l ).
