Project proponent will replace and fill the existing 68-foot long, 60-inch wide corrugated metal pipe culvert with a 70-foot long, 72-inch wide smooth steel pipe culvert. The new culvert will be installed using a jack and bore method through the existing Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way.
