Caltrans proposes an emergency maintenance project at the Roundabout near Lompoc on SR 246, postmile 12.2, in SB Co. A drainage ditch and culvert on the north side of the roundabout ditch and culvert have failed and caused severe erosion and drainage issues. The culvert pipe will be replaced, erosion filled with soil & RSP.
