Document Description
The project consists of the removal of several invasive palm trees, along with a small amount of understory vegetation and sediment, from a concrete-lined channel in Upper Chollas Creek. The vegetation is being removed to prevent it from dislodging, clogging a double culvert immediately downstream, and causing flooding to adjacent commercial and residential properties. The proposed work area is small (0.001 acres) and within a heavily urbanized, concrete-lined channel.
