Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-1000-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Harkins Grow. The Project is limited to the one-time clean-up effort including the removal of garbage and debris, the regrading of disturbed areas of the stream, and the application of erosion control and bank stabilization measures.
