Document Description
The proposed project will include the removal of existing ballasted built-up roofing and the installation of new single-ply roofing and roof insulation for Building P1 the attached Wing 300, and Wing 400 which is not directly attached to Building P. Mechanical and Electrical work on the roof will be done including HVAC lifting and the replacement of existing units with new units as well as the removal and replacement of sheet metal gutters and selective spot repair of existing sheet metal fascia. Project will also include the demolition of existing building addition, Room 310, and the facade restoration to the pre-addition configuration. Several individual exterior windows and fascia of Building P, Wings T and U will be replaced as well. A roof survey revealed that the 20- year-old roofs are in poor condition and so the proposed project will improve safety standards.

The State confirms that no exceptions apply which would preclude the use of an exemption for this project.
